 Simple, decent quality changing table Feb 25, 2011

We have very limited space in our nursery.
After adapting and dealing with a variety of scenarios we decided to buy this reasonably priced changing table.
My husband is handy and was able to put this changing table together in about an hour. He did not encounter nearly the amount of headaches the other reviewer encountered. In fact, he said he thought everything was pretty straight-forward.
Since putting this together and using it for the past 2-ish months, we are still quite pleased.
Two issues that result in a 4 star review:
1. My son is almost a year---and already so long for the table! I'm not sure when he'll out grow the table, but I am guessing he will still be in diapers at that point, rendering the table portion of the changing table useless.
2. When my husband first put the table together he did not squirt wood glue into the pilot holes. Recently he had to go back and do exactly that in all the drawers and the laundry drawer b/c they became loose and were falling out of line of their track.
Overall, I would suggest this item. It is affordable, attractive, and will get the job done---until your child is too long for it!

I purchased this for my 2nd child, with the hopes that it would be a great space saver, as the nursery isn't very large. It looks great, and once together, is very functional for the cost.
BUT putting this together was worse than the crib that we bought (DaVinci Kalani). There are no real instructions, just pictures to guide you, and alot of the pieces look similar. My husband (who is very handy with these things) put it all together, only to find that the major part of the shelves/hamper was backwards. Again... NO written instruction about this. It took us almost 2 hours, with a 2 year old nearby. Maybe if you dont have kids it may go faster, but we thought it was a pain.
So... once it is together, dont take it apart!!

We needed something compact with storage for our newest addition. After lengthy research, we decided this would meet our needs. The table has happily stood up to a few weeks of frequent use with no signs of wear. Only 4 stars because it was very complicated to put together. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase!

Great looking table! Nov 07, 2011

After searching online for a table and not seeing much that looked durable yet inexpensive, we decided to try this one even though it had 3.5 stars at the time of purchase. Most people were annoyed with the directions and deducted a few stars here and there.
We didn't have any problems putting this together. Nothing was broken/chipped/cracked as others mentioned - I suggest having a word with your delivery person. Mine was shipped overseas and didn't have any issues!
I'll concede that the directions aren't great. The photos are OK and you really do need to read ahead to make sure you don't mess anything up. Otherwise, it's relatively straight forward. After all the bad reviews, I expected a Mensa puzzle (genius IQ required), but didn't find it too difficult if you paid attention to the step ahead of what you were doing.
It seems pretty sturdy right now but we haven't had any use out of it just yet. Wife is due this week! If it lasts 9-12 months, I'll come back and add a star!
We hung the Dexbaby Nursery Organizer from the side and it looks great!
Almost looks black!?! May 06, 2012

I ordered an espresso crib and this badger basket in espresso. I really love the changing table but I gave it 4/5 stars because the espresso almost looks black unless you get really close. I would send it back for this reason, but for the price and quality I will stick with it.
